The awards celebrate the achievements of leading companies, executives, innovators, entrepreneurs and business leaders from women, who have made a significant impact in their fields and contributed to global development. • Award categories covering more than 20 industrial sectors • Attendees and winners from more than 25 countries • Honoring companies, executives, entrepreneurs and outstanding women • Red carpet and luxurious dinner in a festive atmosphere • Media coverage and global dissemination of brands Tasks required of volunteers: • Volunteers will contribute to the success of the event through the following tasks: • Organizing the entry of guests: Assisting in the reception and directing the guests to their places. • Management of the registration platform: verification of Invitation cards and distribution of identity cards for the event. • Logistical support: Collaborate with the organizational team in distributing brochures and managing the calendar of events. • VIP escort (VIP): Providing support and accompaniment for honored guests and positions. • Follow-up after the event: Support the organization team in finalizing arrangements and ensuring that guests leave smoothly.
